On September 29, 2023, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, in collaboration with the American Center for Information and Culture, hosted U.S. Ambassador to Thailand, Robert F. Godec, at Mahasarakham University. During his visit to the Mahasarakham University American Corner, Ambassador Godec officially opened the ‘Booklyn’ reading room, supported by the U.S. Embassy and the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. He also took part in a Som Tam-making activity and enjoyed a friendly exchange with local children, including taking photos.
