On August 17, 2023, at 10:00 AM, the American Cultural and Information Center at Mahasarakham University welcomed students from Toyo University, Japan, for a learning exchange program on food security. The program offered students the chance to engage in social work with various organizations while exploring the interconnectedness of environmental, social, and economic diversity, as well as local wisdom and resources essential for sustainable development. It also aimed to strengthen students’ identities as responsible citizens and promote knowledge exchange with international peers, including volunteer work with external organizations.
