On October 5, 2024, at the Mae Nam Khong Conference Room of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Mahasarakham University, a special lecture project was organized in collaboration with the University of Hamburg, Germany, on the topic of “Ancient Documents and Religious Beliefs in Folklore and Community and Social Development”, chaired by Associate Professor Dr. Prayuk Sriwilai, Acting President of Mahasarakham University, and Associate Professor Dr. Nittaya Wannakit, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, led lecturers and students to listen to a special lecture by Professor Dr. Volker Grabowsky from the Institute of Asian and African Studies and Dr. Silpasupa Jangsawang from the Centre for the Study of Manuscript Cultures, University of Hamburg, Germany.
