The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Mahasarakham University, extended a warm welcome to faculty members and students from Souphanouvong University, Lao People’s Democratic Republic. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nittaya Wannakit, Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, together with the faculty’s administrators, officially received the delegation.
This visit is part of The Lao-Thai Language and Cultural Exchange Camp, held from January 31 to February 2, 2025, at Mahasarakham University. The program aims to foster strong ties and mutual understanding between Thailand and Lao PDR through language learning, cultural exchange, and the promotion of enduring friendships among students and faculty from both institutions. Furthermore, it reflects the long-standing academic partnership between the two universities.
