From March 16-19, 2024, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Mahasarakham University, led by Associate Professor Dr. Nittaya Wannakit, Dean, along with faculty from the Department of Thai and Eastern Languages, took master’s students from the Thai Language and Literature Teaching program on a study visit to China. The visit focused on Thai language teaching, promoting MSU’s programs, and engaging in knowledge exchange with Chinese students studying Thai.
The delegation also worked to establish academic cooperation with Guangxi Minzu University’s Faculty of Southeast Asian Languages and Cultures and Guangxi University of Foreign Languages. The aim was to enhance teaching skills, Thai culture, and literature expertise. Additionally, discussions were held about potential collaborations, including student exchanges and joint teaching initiatives, while addressing challenges and solutions for future exchanges.
